319 roles open to job seekers in Ghana, and M-KOPA posted the most this week
On 1 November 2026, workghana.net listed 319 open roles, 174 of them remote. 40 adverts were dated in the previous seven days, and M-KOPA posted 9 of them.
Between 20 and 30 October 2026 the asset finance company added 9 Ghana-based roles to its job board, from Takoradi and Kumasi to Tafo and Ho-Aflao, plus 4 remote roles that list Accra.

M-KOPA, an asset finance and credit company working in Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa, added 9 Ghana-based roles to its own job board between 20 and 30 October 2026. When we read the board on 2 November, 17 of its roles named Ghana.
Seven of the new roles are for sales executives. Three are field posts for Tafo, Ho-Aflao and Hohoe-Dambai, and four are on the indirect channel, working with dealer and community shops, listed in Accra, Kumasi, Cape Coast and Hohoe. The other two are a Sales Trainer in Takoradi and a Stock Controller for Brekum-Drobo.
The indirect channel adverts ask for a first degree or Higher National Diploma and at least 3 years of sales experience in Ghana, in fields such as microfinance, insurance, telecoms, mobile money or FMCG. The Sales Trainer advert asks for a bachelor's degree and at least 18 months as a sales trainer, and you must be able to train in English and a local language. Twi is an added advantage.
Four senior remote roles posted in the same days also list Accra among their locations, alongside other African cities: a CRM manager, a growth marketing manager and two backend engineers.
The adverts say applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and a vacancy can close early, so it's better not to wait. None of the adverts we read states a salary.
M-KOPA's adverts say it never asks for recruitment, processing or interview fees. Applying is free, and nobody should pay for a job.
