Take one you're likely to hear: What did you do during your National Service? A weak answer is, I worked at the district assembly. A better one names your office, what you did each week, one job you handled alone, and how you'll use it in this post. That takes under a minute, and it's much easier to say well if you've practised it out loud first.
What will they ask me?
Nobody can give you the exact questions. But most interviews begin with you, your last job or your National Service, and why you want this post. Then come questions on the job itself. The cards here are written to fit what job seekers in Ghana search for: nursing, accounts, drivers, security and customer service.
How do I practise with this tool?
Say your answer out loud, ideally with someone listening. Use the timer, and aim for about a minute. Then open the card and tick off what you covered. Say it again and include what you missed. Three rounds will do more than reading ten sample answers.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear clean, neat clothes that suit the workplace. Check the invitation, and bring what it asks for. That's usually your CV and original certificates. Find out the route the day before, so you aren't late. Have a question ready to ask them too, such as who you'd report to or how you'd be trained.
Are these the answers for government or Armed Forces interviews?
No. These aren't official exam or screening answers, and nobody can honestly sell you those. Treat anyone offering leaked questions for money as a warning sign. The practice here is about saying what you know clearly.

How should I answer what salary do you expect?

Is it normal to pay for an interview or a medical?
